I (not so) amazingly messed up by forgetting this is a ONE POT recipe and used like 3 pots instead of one but nevertheless this was such a delicious dish I had to stop myself from eating it all in one day. Took the leftovers to work and got a lot of attention bc of the aroma of the dish. Definitely going to be a regular for me. It's honestly not as complicated as it seems.
