A spicy meat curry with a rich masala and a perfectly balanced garlic taste, flavoured with the addition of fresh garlic slices. Taken up a notch with the addition of chilli pickle and balanced with a squeeze of lemon juice. Finished with some fresh coriander. Perfect for making for small gatherings... but keep away from the children. It's spicy!!
