Better than takeaway. The kids loved this one, slight heat with a touch of sweetness. I did this for wider family one night (10 people) with Inrans easy madras recipe to go with like you would from the takeaway. We all agreed it was banging and better than takeaway. I bought this recipe because of how good the madras one was that I saw online and was really impressed again.

Loved it. Not the best cook in the world but I try, and it was a good recipe to follow with the partner! Swapped out the non-vegan items to make it suitable for her and I used real chicken. Absolute banger
