A king prawn madras curry as you'd eat from your local takeaway/restaurant (even better ;)). Being homemade, it's much cheaper and the dish is not only packed with flavour which will impress anyone, but also packed with king prawns (which you never get with takeaways).

very quick and simple curry to make. I didn't have fresh tomato so I subbed for half a can of tinned tomatoes and Alhamdulillah it came out amazing.
Loved this recipe, I did doubt myself a few times on how it was going but definitely trust the process
It was different to how I’d normally cook a prawn curry and it was very tasty, took me by surprise how good it turned out as I do like to experiment and try different recipes. This was a hit with my family. Will definitely follow this recipe again.
Followed it exactly how it was laid out and honestly it turned out exactly how it looks! perfect and easy to follow for a beginner in the kitchen like me
