Got the book then went on holiday. Haven’t had time to do any recipes yet but have been asked 4 times for a review. I’m sure I’ll be happy with it as I’ve tried some of what the chef’s recipes before and lived them, hence buying the book.
Apron is really good quality and cant wait to start making some of these fire recipes. Cook book has so much detail on spices, fresh ingredients and dry and what to keep in stock.
There's help on quantities, little tips and many variation recipes for your main curry base if you're someone like me who loves lots of options.
