A sweet and spicy sauce heated in a pan until thickened, then used to coat some partially cooked chicken thighs. Rice is then stirred into the sauce until combined, then cooked with some water until the rice is perfectly fluffy and the chicken in perfectly cooked. Ideal for a weeknight dinner.
