For the price of two curries you'd spend on a casual weeknight, my official cookbook is now here which contains a number of iconic dishes found in South Asian cuisine. I've been making content and sharing recipes on my socials for some time now and the aim of this cookbook is to get you to make the food I eat at home, the dishes you'll find in your local Indian restaurant and South Asian homes. This will take the pains of tedious cooking away and show you how I cook dishes without too much effort. I'll share the little tricks I use to reduce effort but still end up with dishes that taste authentic (such as using frozen garlic and ginger blocks and why you shouldn't use pastes). You'll also know what spices and brands I like to use and what to avoid because this is the one thing that confuses many. Once you learn how to cook some of these dishes, you'll be eating food like royalty. So to wrap up, these are the chapters to expect in this cookbook which has over 200 pages:
- appetisers
- bites
- restaurant curries
- signature dishes
- chef specialties (which are more homestyle dishes)
- side dishes
- sundries
- dips
The best thing about this cookbook is I have literally made it for myself more than anything so I can keep track of all the authentic dishes I've made and what to continue making for the rest of my life and pass on to my friends and family, and now you for generations. And this cookbook contains all the staples I eat regularly. I know you're gonna get so much value from this.
And to make this even easier to digest, I thought of the littlest things that help. If you take a look at the example onion bhaji recipe, you'll see I highlight in 'bold' anytime an ingredient needs to be added or used from the list. When following recipes, I skim through them. Highlighting keywords in bold really helps make it easier to follow in my opinion. So I hope this helps you too.

Already made a couple of recipes! I can’t eat chilli as allergic and this has given me some really tasty recipes I can leave the chilli out of! Love the sides and all the extras!
Fantastic recipes and lots of them. I’ve tried a few of them and the flavours are just amazing. Highly recommended
Where is my bloody book? Take my money easily enough! Refund please.
Hi Samantha, from your initial email I have replied to your message multiple times via email and also have resent the download link. However, you've not responded. I'm not sure what else I can do here as you are updating this review still saying I've not given your product. As mentioned, I've resent the link to you a couple of times and now I've also reached out to your personal number which again, I have not received a response. Unfortunately I'm not sure what else I can do here if I'm not getting a response.
I wanted to up my cooking and watched TikTok’s from Whatinthechef. So decided to purchase his recipe book and was not disappointed..
Great variety of recipes with great flavours and quick to cook .
You will not be disappointed!!
I am originally from Birmingham and had the luxury of having literally 100’s of very good restaurants close by that served all sorts of Asian, Pakistan, and Indian food (nicknamed The Balti Triangle). They say you don’t miss something until it’s not there well, since moving to Australia I have missed a beer and a Balti. I have followed recipes before that were successful but required cooking base sauces in bulk that had to be stored. I have had Curryculum for a couple of months now and tried a number of the Appitizers, Bites and Curries all of which were excellent, no huge shopping list (once you have the basics in the store cupboard), easy to follow instructions and Bangin! results. The only thing I have found is that not all the specific products are available here in Oz (Mr Naga pickle for instance) so it may be helpful if a alternative was included , otherwise a great book.
